We work with athletes ages 6–18, along with college athletes, professional athletes, and adults. Skill levels can range from beginners learning the fundamentals to competitive players looking to elevate their game.

Yes. Feedback is essential for development between sessions. Parents receive feedback outlining what we covered in the session and specific areas to practice to improve before the next session.

Consistency is one of the most important factors in development. While athletes can benefit from occasional sessions, weekly sessions or any reoccurring training typically produces the best results.

Expect a welcoming smile and relaxed atmosphere as we go through a short skill evaluation at the beginning of the session. The coaching after will focus on skill development drills that are challenging, engaging, and age-appropriate. These drills will be shared in the feedback and practiced before the next session to improve. Just like homework from school but more fun.

Most families opt for sessions at the convenience of their own home but if you don’t have a hoop in the driveway, a local park with a hoop is another great option. Indoor training options are limited that clients are responsible for reserving or booking an indoor court for sessions.

Yes. Film analysis services can provide detailed feedback to identify strengths and areas for improvement, and statistical analysis while offering specific recommendations to support player and team development.
