ACTIVITIES

WOW! WOMEN ON WALKS COMMUNITY- "to empower anyone who wants to live a life
of vibrant good health and pursue meaningful purpose"
Our hope is that this growing walk community will become an influence-reversing the devastating trends we see today of obesity and lifestyle-related diseases impacting the lives of millions of people. A variety of events designed to celebrate survivorship and raise some money to help families who suffer mental illness and also breast cancer. As a community of wellness seekers we are not willing to sit idle while our loved ones are influenced by lifestyle trends that offer a poor quality of life and a shorter life span. We will raise our voice to be heard in the media as well as in the halls of government that health and wellness are essential in supporting a productive society.
