Dale Monaghan is the head coach and creator of the Winning Edge Sports Inc. 
  "Winning thru Development"   He has been coaching for over 20 years.

WINNING EDGE Youth Sports is one of the most established basketball programs in the northwest  suburbs. Our organization is  dedicated to develop Boys and Girls K-8th  grade improving  their basketball skills developing  all-around basketball players.

Whether you want your child to be the next Michael Jordon
or just acquire skills while having fun and getting physical activity, The Winning Edge Youth Sports has a spot

Coach Monaghan runs house leagues throughout the year in the Palatine, Inverness and Hoffman Estates areas. He also runs many clinics and skills training sessions. These classes are targeted towards kids of all ages looking to improve their basketball skills. They focus on the fundamentals.

Coach Monaghan also coaches travel teams through the Winning Edge Program.
In the winter he has his teams participate in many tournaments and  league play.

In the summer he coaches AAU teams. Many times, in the summer months, his teams have qualified for the AAU Nationals in Florida and Virginia.
